The IMCP program is endorsed and sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform. With its support, the IMCP headquarters building (8000m2), for the purpose of orchestrating the management and operation of the IMCP program, is constructed in Huairou, Beijing to provide favorable conditions for international cooperation and exchanges for scientists and delegates from relevant international S&T organizations who work in Huairou Science City.
